Corn & Peg is a Nickelodeon/Nelvana cartoon that premiered on March 4, 2019, and had a sneak peek on February 22. The series ran for 2 seasons. The series ended on October 8, 2020.

"Corn & Peg" are a dynamic duo of do-gooders. They are inseparable best friends and this young unicorn and pegasus share unbridled passion, excitement, and enthusiasm to help make their community of Galloping Grove a better place for everyone. Along the way, these steeds do good deeds by practicing kindness and explore a school readiness curriculum with such things like colors, math, health & wellness, directions, and emotional intelligence. Join Corn and Peg as they gallop their way into kind deeds.

Why It’s Doing Good

  1. The Flash animation is decent.
  2. The character designs are adorable.
  3. Corn (blue) and Peg (pink) themselves are very likable characters who always want to do good and help others.
  4. The show overall is very cute and wholesome.
  5. Very educational as it teaches kids about colors, math, health, directions, emotional intelligence, and helping others.
  6. The theme song is super catchy. On top of that, the rest of the songs are great as well.
  7. Cute voice acting.
  8. Together Apart was a good finale, showing that Corn and Peg don't have to be together.

Bad Qualities

  1. Corn and Peg have the same personality, which can get old after a while, as does their goody-two-shoe-ness.
  2. The show is VERY formulaic, as every episode has the same basic outline, and most of the catchphrases are said over and over again.
  3. Some people might claim that this show was a rip-off to "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" and see it as even worse than that show.

  • The episodes "Backsteed Boys" and "Trotterball" were dedicated to the memory of Skye Wiene (one of the storyboard artists at OddBot who worked on the show), who died in a traffic collision on December 9, 2019, five days before the episode aired. But it was not shown during the end credits.

The show currently holds a 7.4/10 on IMDb.
