Die Semi-Hard is the seventh episode of the third season of The Cleveland Show.

Why It Rocks

  1. Excellent parody of Die Hard.
  2. Cleveland and Donna are much more likable here.
    1. Cleveland is now a heroic man, rather than being a black version of Peter Griffin.
  3. The action scenes are always satisfying and are just as memorable to watch, much like the original Die Hard.
  4. A lot of the Villains are pretty fierce much like Tim.
  5. The episode is faithful to the original Die Hard movie.
  6. The jokes are actually funny and bring good laughs to the episode and these Seasons.
  7. There are zero cutaways, which makes it even better as we are given action and great comedy.
  8. The "falling bathtub" gag from Family Guy makes a return.

The Only Bad Quality

  1. The title sounds really unimaginative as it is Die Hard but adding Semi with it.

Reception

Die Semi-Hard received positive reviews from both critics and audiences for being an excellent parody of Die Hard. It received an 8.6/10 on IMDb, being the highest-rated episode of The Cleveland Show.
