It follows the adventures of a temporarily-dethroned Kuzco as he completes his education in order to return to the throne, while Yzma, as the school's principal, will stop at nothing to prevent Kuzco from passing all of his classes.
Why It Rocks
It takes place after The Emperor's New Groove, and it was much improvement over Kronk's New Groove.
The voice acting is still good, especially from J.P. Manoux, Jessica DiCicco, Fred Tatasciore, as well as other voice actors who reprising their roles from the movies like the late Eartha Kitt, Patrick Warburton, John Goodman and Wendie Malick.
There some several episodes mention the events of the movie.
Some likable characters such as Kuzco (sometimes), Malina, Yzma, Kronk and Pacha.
The intro is very catchy.
Some plenty of funny moments.
Running gags for this show, such as Kuzco's doodles, to the Secret Lab!, Kuzco "halts" the show to give his commentary and "Pull the lever, Kronk, the other lever."
The animation and the character designs are really decent.
The last episode was called "Graduation Groove" was a good way to end the series and The Emperor's New Groove franchise overall.
Kuzco is still a jerk sometimes, just like in the movie.
While it was good, it just repeats the stuff over and over again.
Eartha Kitt would tragically pass away one month after the final episode came out.
