The characters, especially for Unikitty, are very cute and likable, such as the title character.
The voice acting, especially for Grey Griffin, Kate Micucci, Roger Craig Smith, etc. is actually good.
Catchy theme song by Babymetal (a Japanese band that fuses heavy metal and J-pop to make a new genre, called "kawaii metal").
It's very adventurous in terms of storylines.
Very cute animation that was well made in 2017 standards.
The visuals are really well done.
Lots of funny moments and good jokes with better humor and better comedy.
Very well-done story episode plots.
Besides the show itself, the toy-line the LEGO group made is pretty unique as we get a new mold for the Unikitty toy which is more playable than the original Unikitty toy from the 2014 LEGO movie.
Batman, one of the characters from The Lego Movie made a guest appearance in "Batkitty".
Loads of funny moments in the show; an example is a scene from Tour of Unikingdom.
Very Good Life Lessons.
Its series finale, "The Birthday To End All Birthdays", was a awesome way to end the show and a nice send off for the Warner Bros. era of The Lego Movie franchise, as Warner Bros. ended off their movie deal with Lego, with Universal Pictures being the current distributor of the franchise, following the box office disappointment of The Lego Movie 2: The Second PartGMW, which resulted in UniKitty! to end after its third season.
The characters can get a bit annoying at times in each episode.
Tara Strong is kinda miscast as UniKitty, due to sounding nothing like the character.
Hawkodile, while he’s still likable, looks like a rejected Transformers character.
Master Frown and Eagleator are a pair of painfully unlikable characters from the series. They shouldn't have existed in the first place!
Eagleator was a really unnecessary addition to the series. And because of his negative reception from fans of this series, he has been removed after Season 2.
Thankfully, Master Frown had redeemed himself at the end of "The Birthday To End All Birthdays" 2-part series finale.
The ending of "Grown Up Stuff" has one scene where Hawkodile was twerking.... in a Lego cartoon, for kids! What were they thinking?! That's just straight up pedophilic!
The last 2-part episode, "The Birthday To End All Birthdays" only aired once on TV. Luckily, It can be watched on Cartoon Network's online video streaming service.
Before this series was made, Alison Brie stated that she won't be voicing Unikitty in this series because she only voices her in The Lego Movie and it's sequel, so Tara Strong had to be Unikitty's voice actress for the show.
The show is censored in the United Kingdom because of UniKitty's rage mode.
Grey DeLisle Griffin, the actress who played Puppycorn, spoke up with 20th Century Fox, stating that she is going to replace Russi Taylor with her to voice Martin, Sherri, and Terri on The Simpsons starting with Season 31 due to Russi Taylor's death back in July 2019, the first being Cameron Boyce.
Roger Craig Smith, voice actor of Hawkodile and Richard, was also Thomas on Regular Show until Michael Dorn took it over in the episode "Play Date".
