Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! is an American-Canadian animated children's show aimed for preschoolers made by Bob Boyle (the person who also created Yin Yang Yo!). It ran from August 28, 2006 to February 21, 2010.

Why It Rocks

  1. Catchy theme song and soundtrack.
  2. Talented voice acting by Grey DeLisle, Carlos Alazraqui, Lara Jill Miller, Tara Strong, and more.
  3. Likable characters, especially the main characters. Wubbzy (the yellow gerbil), Widget (the pink rabbit), Walden (the purple wombat) and Daizy (the turquoise puppy).
  4. Good lessons, like "don't lie" and more.
  5. Original stories, such as Wubbzy, Widget, and Walden visiting Dino Island.
  6. Simple, bouncy and wonderful Flash animation.
  7. Cute and adorable character designs, especially for Wubbzy and Daizy.
  8. Beyoncé appeared in this and had a pretty decent role as Shine, a member of the Wubb Girlz.
  9. Memorable catchphrases like "That’s Kooky!!"

Bad Qualities

  1. Wubbzy's catchphrase, "Wow!", can get a bit annoying after a while.
  2. Some of the soundtracks are overplayed, like this one and this one.
  3. While the voice acting is very good for most of the dubs, the Arabic dub was not well-received.
  4. Wubbzy appeared in a 2009 Autism Speaks ad and was not well received due to the charity's questionable beliefs.
  5. A couple of continuity errors.
    • For example. in Perfecto Party, the ending revealed that Wubbzy is allergic to marshmallows but was never shown that way in Wubbzy in the Woods, even though that episode aired before Perfecto Party, also wasn't like that in Tea For Three or Wubbzy and the Sparkle Stone.
  6. As for Wubb Idol, the second WWW film was good, Wubbzy's Big Movie wasn't that good...

Trivia

  • According to this teaser, the show was to premiere in Spring 2006, but was then pushed all the way back to September/October, and then pushed forward to August.
  • Wubbzy originally had an uncredited male actor during one of the old trailers.
  • This was based on Bob Boyle's unpublished book he did for his niece, called The Tail of Flopsy, Mopsy, and Ted.

While I don’t like this show, can someone bring back the Arabic dub of this show on Terrible TV Shows Wiki?

Even if the dub is bad, it’s still a niché audience show regardless.

I'm wondering if Walden is a wombat or a bear. On the main Wow! Wow! Wubbzy wiki it says that he is a bear

The show overused many Hanna-Barbera sound effects.

The short "No Laughing Contest" on one episode is funny! I laugh at this!
